A virtual assistant answers our phone calls and collects your name, phone number and property address. Calls are recorded and transcribed, so the information we receive includes what you say during the conversation. That includes a name if you choose to provide one.
A virtual assistant answers the chat box on this website. Like call transcripts, the messages you type in the chat are saved so we can respond to your request.
Information about site visits

Sharing your request with one buyer
We pass your request to one local buyer, an investor who buys houses directly. That buyer may contact you about your property using the information you agreed to share. For a form submission, that information is the property address, phone number and email.

The details you send go only to the one local buyer you agree to be connected with and the service providers described below. Sharing your request with one buyer allows that buyer to discuss the property with you.
We handle chat details the same way, using them to answer your request and passing only what you agree to share to the one local buyer you agree to be connected with.
Consent and contact choices
Calls, texts and emails about your request take place only with your consent. You give that consent through the form checkbox or by agreeing during a phone call. You can reply STOP to stop text messages and ask us to stop calling or emailing you.
